“When I decided to draw water flowers, I didn’t think about approaching Monet or standing next to him. There are luminous lamps in the history of photographic art.
Only my attempts focused on following the path of those arduous meditations Monet spent tracing the water flowers in his garden.
I think Monet saw that the delicacy of his soul is very similar to the freedom and lightness of these plants floating above the water’s surface. About her homeland… Painting remains the homeland in which the soul feels its freedom.”
